Felgar is a dirty gnome with a spiky head of fair hair, a thin mustache and goatee, ugly yellow teeth, and breath that reeks of tobacco, even when he isn’t smoking.
Felgar has run the bar at the Blood Pit as long as anyone can remember. It’s a thankless job, but a lucrative one—people will pay just about anything for bub if their contestants are winning.
Felgar loves rumormongering, although he connects the chant he collects with his own wild speculations and leaps of logic. He tries to stay on Derioch Ysarl’s good side, which is seldom easy.
