Alver Kend was a short, ordinary-looking fellow with receding blond hair and heavily lidded eyes.
Hailing from the Hive, Alver was another Illuminated who infiltrated the Dustmen. He spent most of his time in the Citadel of Fire, where he supervised the handling of new arrivals, until he was slain by our heroes.
Alver overcompensated for his short stature and always found a way to get back at people who made fun of him. He knew that Brandal despised him, but considered returning that hatred beneath him.
Alver Kend appears in The Eternal Boundary.
