Mourner Tom dresses in the black cast-off clothes of the wealthy, and is easily distinguished from his fellow Collectors by his moth-eaten top hat and dark glasses. His voice sounds like honey dipped in scotch.
Tom has been leading a pack of Collectors in the Hive since time out of mind. He’s taken notice of the sudden spate of dead bubbers and barmies of late, stranger still since they have no apparent causes of death.
Tom knows he’s among the lowest of Sigil’s unclean, but carries himself with an odd charade of dignity anyway.
Mourner Tom appears (as a 2nd level rogue) in The Eternal Boundary.
