Bio:

APPEARANCE
Dr. Rhasmanayet is an older fellow with dark skin and the hint of an exotic accent. He dresses in fine tailored suits, except when working his forge.

BACKGROUND
In years past, Dr. Rhasmanayet was apprenticed to Trobriand, a legendary Torilian wizard responsible for the constructs of Undermountain. Today, he is guildmaster of the Hands of Time, a unique shop in Sigil’s Lower Ward which Trobriand once ran. He and his wife of twenty years, Rajni, have five children together.

PERSONALITY
Dr. Rhasmanayet (who doesn’t mind being called “Doctor Rhas”) possesses a powerful sense of curiosity. Though a lifelong Guvner, he doesn’t force his faction’s beliefs on anyone; instead, he prefers the company of anyone fascinated by machines and clockwork. He seems to like Sheen a great deal, but Haden doesn’t seem to trust his intentions.

SOURCE
Dr. Rhasmanayet was conceived by Jennifer to replace Saddam Hasan ibn Arvalas, from In the Cage: A Guide to Sigil.
